Vintage German WWII Era Snare Drum

German made

Brass shell in good condition, some usual marks and dings etc from age and use

Hook style snare strainer attached to the top hoop – tension knob is not original on this

Gut style snare wires

White/red brass hoops. usual flaking and signs of age/wear to the paint.

All tension rods are present, but show signs of age to the finish

Original drum key

Original drum sticks with belt/strap attachment. These also have a tuning ‘key’ built into the butt of the sticks

Likely original calf skin heads

Used with signs of age and use, but complete.
