Yamaha Power Tour Custom 8000 series drums

The little brother to the 9000 Recording custom line

Mid -late 80s

Solid Black lacquer finish, this is in good condition all over, though has some usual dings and marks in places, mainly on the batter hoop and on the bass drum where the 13″ hangs

Birch/Mahogany shells

22″ x 16″ bass drum, with triple tom holder. Evans batter head and Yamaha reso head with portholes. Some bass drum rash (pictured) and some hoop rash and paint damage to the batter hoop. Reso bearing edge has a Few imperfections which dont affect the tuning

13″ x 11″ tom with tom arm, badge is facing the wrong way

16″ x 16″ floor tom with legs

Toms have new old Evans G2 batter heads, and clear remo reso heads

Kit has seen some heavy use in a London based studio for many years,

A classic recording kit

Kit is solid and in goof condition throughout, though does show signs of age and use, mainly in marks to the lacquer in places
