14″ Rogers Dynasonic™

The 14″ 16-strand PureSound Vintage wires for the Rogers Dynasonic™ are designed specifically to accommodate the unique snare mounting system. Both end-plates have a 1/4″ hole in the center for mounting to the snare strainer frame.

• Designed for 14″ vintage Rogers Dynasonic snare drums, 16 strands of wire
• Evenly spaced coiled snare wires offer consistent snare response
• Overall length of 13 1/4″, and a strand length of 12 1/8″ (from solder point to solder point)
• Both end-plates have a 1/4″ hole in the center for mounting to the snare strainer frame

14″ Slingerland Radio King™ Clamshell

The 14″ 16-strand PureSound Vintage wires for Slingerland Radio King™ Clamshell snare drums are designed specifically to accommodate the unique snare mounting system. Both end plates have a 1/4″ hole in the center for attachment of the wire to the strainer frame via a screw.

• Designed for 14″ vintage Slingerland Radio King™ Clamshell snare drums, 16 strands of wire
• Evenly spaced coiled snare wires offer consistent snare response
• Overall length of 15 7/8″, and a strand length of 15″ (from solder point to solder point)
• Both end plates have a 1/4″ hole in the center for attachment of the wire to the strainer frame via a screw

14″ Ludwig Super Sensitive™ (1968-Present)

The 14″ 16-strand PureSound Vintage wires for Super Sensitive™ snare drums made between 1968 and now are designed specifically to accommodate the unique snare mounting system. Both end plates have a “T” bracket attachment method.

• Designed for 14″ vintage Ludwig Super Sensitive™ snare drums from 1920 to present,16 strands of wire
• Evenly spaced coiled snare wires offer consistent snare response
• Overall length of 16 7/8″, and a strand length of 16″ (from solder point to solder point)

14″ Pearl Free-Floating

The 14″ 16-strand PureSound Vintage wires for Pearl Free-Floating snare drums are designed specifically to accommodate the dimensions of the drum. Both end plates have modern configurations for attachment to the strainer and butt-plate via string or strap.
