Firstly, a big thank you to everyone over the past few months for supporting myself and Drumattic, by continuing to purchase online, and send in items for repair/restoration.
For the foreseeable future, the operation of the physical shop will run slightly differently, and will be as follows-
-I will be opening on an appointment only basis.
-Customers arriving on these days should be aware that there will be a maximum of 2 people (excluding myself) who will be allowed in the shop at one time to maintain distance, meaning that a short wait outside may be possible.
-Alcohol hand sanitiser is available to use in the shop.
-Customers are asked to bring their own sticks etc if they wish to try drums/cymbals.
– Card payment is available in store. Contactless payment is not currently available, however we are available to accept card payment for any amount via your personal mobile device, reducing contact.
– Contact free collections/drop offs from the store can continue. Items that have been paid for and previously arranged, or to undergo work can be left outside the shop at a certain time to allow for contact free collection/drop off.
Appointments are available on various days and times, please get in touch via email@example.com (best option) or via the shop phone number. When visiting, the same rules apply with regards to distancing.
Restoration and repairs are continuing as normal, – quite a good time for it if you are not using your kit!
Web-shop sales are continuing to ship as normal, though may experience a slight delay with delivery.
